Jenna: Finding Her Joy in a Pandemic Senior Year

Being a senior in 2020-2021 was hard, but thankfully being an Ambassador for Lifescape Portraits made it better. I was able to make new friends and hang with my old friends throughout the year, cheering them on when they look great in the lighting.

I have always wanted to become a model, but I didn’t know how to start. So I started with Lifescape Portraits and I enjoyed it so much! I wasn’t able to see friends through the full year and being able to hang out with them was so much fun.

When I am filled with homework, and working every day between my many jobs, I feel like I can’t sit down for 5 min, but staying busy made me always forget how crazy and devastating my year has been.

If you told me 5 years ago this would be my senior year, I don’t know what I would do. I was told that we would be in online school for the rest of the year just until COVID was done, feeling terrible for the seniors and hoping for the best, but here we are, a full year later, still wearing masks and doing Zoom every day.

But with my friends from church and school, and my family, they make my senior year a lot less frustrating.
